Tesamorelin + Ipamorelin Blend

Tesamorelin 6mg, Ipamorelin 2mg (8mg Total Blend)

This research peptide blend combines Tesamorelin and Ipamorelin, both known for their potent growth hormone-releasing properties. Tesamorelin, a synthetic GHRH analog, is primarily studied for its ability to reduce visceral fat and support metabolic health, especially in populations with abnormal fat distribution.

Ipamorelin is a highly selective growth hormone secretagogue that promotes natural GH release without significantly impacting cortisol or prolactin levels.

When studied together, Tesamorelin and Ipamorelin may offer synergistic effects, supporting:

  • Enhanced fat metabolism and visceral fat reduction
  • Muscle recovery and growth
  • Improved energy levels and cognitive function
  • Support for natural GH production with a favorable safety profile

This blend is of interest in research focused on aging, metabolic syndrome, and body composition optimization.

Tesamorelin

Tesamorelin is a growth hormone–releasing hormone (GHRH) analog that has been shown in research to increase IGF-1 levels in men by an average of about 181 micrograms per liter. It binds to and stimulates human GHRH receptors with similar potency to endogenous GHRH. Beyond its effects on growth hormone pathways, Tesamorelin has been associated with nootropic benefits and reductions in triglycerides. Studies also report decreases in carotid intima media thickness (cIMT), visceral adipose tissue (VAT), and C-reactive protein (CRP). Importantly, Tesamorelin has not been shown to significantly affect other pituitary hormones or their respective mechanisms in the body. Research further suggests that it may improve cognitive function in healthy older adults and in individuals with mild cognitive impairment, who are at increased risk of progressing to Alzheimer’s disease.

Ipamorelin and Tesamorelin

Ipamorelin is a selective growth hormone secretagogue (GH-secretagogue) and ghrelin receptor agonist. Its ghrelin-stimulating potency is comparable to GHRP-6, but with less appetite stimulation. Unlike many other GH secretagogues, this pentapeptide does not significantly increase cortisol, acetylcholine, prolactin, or aldosterone, which is why it is often described as the first highly selective GH secretagogue. When combined with Tesamorelin, a growth hormone–releasing hormone (GHRH) analog, the two peptides may produce enhanced effects because they stimulate the growth hormone axis through complementary mechanisms. Together, they have been shown in research settings to support deeper sleep, reduce triglycerides, visceral adipose tissue (VAT), and carotid intima media thickness (cIMT), improve cognitive function, and promote overall metabolic health. In animal studies, Ipamorelin and Tesamorelin exhibit minimal side effects and low oral but excellent subcutaneous bioavailability. Per-kilogram dosing in mice does not translate to humans. Ipamorelin and Tesamorelin from Peptide Sciences are intended strictly for educational and scientific research only and are not for human consumption. Only licensed researchers should purchase Ipamorelin or Tesamorelin.

Factor Peptides Storage Guidelines:

These peptides arrive in a dried, stabilized form produced by a process called lyophilization, or freeze drying. In this state, they are generally suitable for transport and short-term storage at typical room temperatures for several months.

Once the dry powder is mixed with bacteriostatic water and turned into a liquid solution, the storage requirements change. The reconstituted solution should be kept in a refrigerator to help maintain its properties, and is usually considered suitable for use for about 30 days under chilled conditions.

Lyophilization involves freezing the material and then exposing it to low pressure so that ice in the sample passes directly from solid to vapor, rather than melting. This leaves behind a light, porous, white solid that is more stable than the original liquid. In this form, the product can often be kept at room temperature until it is time to add diluent.

After delivery, it is good practice to protect the vials from heat and strong light. If the product will be used in the near future, storing the lyophilized powder or reconstituted solution in a refrigerator at temperatures below about 4°C (39°F) is typically appropriate. The dry form often remains intact at room temperature for a number of weeks, so this may also be acceptable when immediate refrigeration is not available and the intended use is relatively soon.

For storage over longer periods, such as many months or years, much colder conditions are preferred. Placing the vials in a deep freezer, around -80°C (-112°F), is commonly used to help preserve the structure and activity of peptides for extended time frames.
