Product Description

BPC157 + TB500 is a research-grade blend of two synthetic peptides frequently paired in preclinical tissue-repair and regenerative-biology studies. BPC-157 (Body Protection Compound-157) is a stable synthetic pentadecapeptide of 15 amino acids (sequence Gly-Glu-Pro-Pro-Pro-Gly-Lys-Pro-Ala-Asp-Asp-Ala-Gly-Leu-Val) derived from a partial sequence of a protective protein originally identified in human gastric juice. TB-500 is a synthetic, N-terminally acetylated heptapeptide (Ac-Leu-Lys-Lys-Thr-Glu-Thr-Gln) corresponding to the actin-binding active region (residues 17 to 23) of the naturally occurring 43-amino-acid protein thymosin beta-4. Both are supplied here as lyophilized powders strictly for in-vitro and laboratory research.

In preclinical and animal research, BPC-157 has been investigated for its role in angiogenesis, fibroblast activity, endothelial integrity, and the modeling of tendon, ligament, muscle, and gastrointestinal repair. TB-500 has been studied in cell-migration and actin-regulation models, where it has been observed to influence keratinocyte and endothelial cell movement, capillary formation, and collagen deposition. The two peptides are commonly combined in research because they appear to act on distinct, complementary pathways: BPC-157 chiefly influencing vascular and fibroblast responses while TB-500 modulates actin dynamics and cell motility. Investigators have explored this combination in rodent tissue-repair models to compare vascularization and collagen-organization endpoints against single-compound conditions. Direct evidence of true pharmacological synergy and any human clinical data remain limited, and all reported effects should be interpreted strictly as experimental observations in non-human systems.
