Product Description

Tesamorelin + CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin Blend is a research-grade combination of three synthetic peptides that act on the growth hormone (GH) axis through complementary mechanisms. Tesamorelin is a stabilized analog of human growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH), reproducing the full 44-amino-acid GHRH sequence with a trans-3-hexenoic acid group on the N-terminal tyrosine. CJC-1295 without DAC, also known as Modified GRF (1-29), is a 29-amino-acid GHRH fragment carrying substitutions that increase resistance to enzymatic degradation. Ipamorelin is a synthetic pentapeptide (Aib-His-D-2-Nal-D-Phe-Lys-NH2) classified as a selective ghrelin/growth hormone secretagogue receptor (GHS-R) agonist. The blend therefore pairs GHRH-receptor agonists with a secretagogue-receptor agonist for use as a single laboratory reference material.

The rationale for combining these peptides in preclinical models rests on their distinct receptor targets. In published in-vitro and animal research, GHRH analogs such as tesamorelin and Modified GRF (1-29) have been investigated for their ability to stimulate pituitary somatotrophs, while ipamorelin has been studied as a selective GH secretagogue reported to have minimal effect on cortisol or prolactin in animal models. Researchers have examined whether co-administration of a GHRH-pathway agonist with a GHS-R agonist produces additive or synergistic effects on pulsatile GH release in vitro and in rodent studies.

In preclinical literature, tesamorelin has been characterized for its role in modulating the GH/IGF-1 axis and lipid metabolism, which places this blend within investigations into fat metabolism and somatic growth signaling. All such observations derive strictly from in-vitro and animal research and are not statements about human outcomes.
