Tesamorelin + Ipamorelin Blend is a two-component research preparation combining two synthetic growth-hormone secretagogue peptides that act on distinct but complementary receptor pathways. Tesamorelin is a stabilized 44-amino-acid analog of human growth-hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH/GRF 1-44), modified at the N-terminal tyrosine residue with a trans-3-hexenoyl group to resist enzymatic degradation; in preclinical and in-vitro systems it has been studied as a GHRH-receptor agonist on anterior pituitary cells, where it has been observed to stimulate the synthesis and pulsatile release of endogenous growth hormone.
